Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SaaS Builder. Please read them before connecting an account or building a project.

Last updated 14 September 2026

01This agreement

SaaS Builder is operated by Digitalis Connect ([Registered address to be completed]), referred to below as “we” or “us”. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.

02What the service does

SaaS Builder sells one service: the Launch Program. For a single fee we build one clearly defined minimum viable product to a written Blueprint you approve, inside infrastructure you control — your source repository, your database, your hosting account and, where your product charges money, your own payment account.

The Blueprint defines the scope. Work outside the approved Blueprint is not included, and where your brief is larger than one such product we will tell you before the build begins and agree what fits.

We do not provide the underlying third-party services, and we are not a party to your relationship with them.

03Your account

  • You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
  • Tell us promptly at hello@saas-builder.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

04Your third-party accounts

Connecting a provider such as GitHub, Supabase or Vercel authorises us to act on that account on your behalf, within the permissions you granted. You remain bound by each provider's own terms, and you are responsible for any charges they bill you, including hosting, database and build costs.

You may disconnect any provider at any time. Doing so removes our access. It does not delete anything in your provider account, and it does not stop that provider from billing you.

05Ownership of what you build

You own the code and content generated for your projects. We claim no ownership over it. It is written into your repository and remains yours if you stop using the service.

We retain all rights in the SaaS Builder platform itself, including its software, interface and branding. Nothing here transfers those rights to you.

You grant us only the limited licence needed to operate the service for you: to process your prompts and project content in order to generate code, and to act on your connected accounts as you direct.

06AI-generated output

Generated code is produced by automated systems and may contain errors, security weaknesses, or licence-incompatible patterns. It may also resemble code produced for other users given similar prompts.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing and securing anything you deploy. Do not put generated code into production, and especially not in front of real users or real data, without reviewing it. We do not warrant that generated output is correct, fit for any purpose, or free of third-party claims.

07Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

  • Break the law, or build something whose purpose is to break the law.
  • Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Create malware, spam tooling, credential harvesters, or systems designed to attack or evade the security of others.
  • Attack, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent the limits of the service or its providers.
  • Access another user's account, data or projects.
  • Resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.

08Price and payment

The Launch Program is a single payment. There is no subscription and nothing recurring. The amount is shown in full, together with everything it covers, before you enter payment details, and again on your receipt.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed only when Stripe confirms the payment to us.

Costs charged by third parties — domain registration, paid provider plans, email volume and similar — are yours and are billed to you directly by those companies. We do not mark them up.

Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable once the build has started.

09Scope, revisions and delivery

Before your build starts you approve a final Blueprint. That approved Blueprint is the agreed scope. It is recorded and locked: a change to it is a new version you can see, not a silent edit.

  • The build includes one structured revision round, which you use to collect the changes you want.
  • Work that does not match the approved Blueprint, or that is genuinely broken, is corrected as part of the build and does not consume your revision round.
  • New features requested after approval are outside the agreed scope and are quoted separately.
  • Delivery timelines depend on how quickly you review previews, approve the Blueprint and answer questions.

10What we do not promise

We deliver a working product on infrastructure you own. We do not promise, predict or guarantee users, revenue, profit, investment, valuation or business success of any kind, and nothing on this site or in the Academy should be read as such a promise.

Any revenue goal you record during onboarding is your own aspiration. It is stored for context only and creates no obligation on us.

11Build access to your accounts

After payment you connect your own accounts and explicitly authorise us to work with them. That authorisation is scoped to the accounts you choose, is recorded, and can be withdrawn by you at any time. It is withdrawn at handover.

We never ask for the password of any third-party account, and we never ask for credentials to your own AI assistant accounts.

12Availability and changes

The service is under active development and is provided without any uptime commitment unless we have agreed one with you in writing. We may add, change or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces functionality you are paying for, we will make reasonable efforts to tell you in advance.

13Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates risk or legal exposure, or is used to harm others or the platform.

On termination our access to your connected accounts ends. Your repositories, databases and deployments are unaffected: they are in your accounts, not ours.

14Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result.

15Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or costs incurred with third-party providers, arising from your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euros.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

16Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms, or from software you build, deploy or distribute using it.

17Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing jurisdiction to be completed], and the courts of [Governing jurisdiction to be completed] have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
